All Sales are final and no refunds will be given for cancellations or returns.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If an order is damaged, BakerStone International must be immediately notified of the damaged product via telephone and/or email.  All damaged orders must be reported within 14 days from the date of purchase.  Customer is required to photograph the packaging and damaged product and email said photographs to support@bakerstonebox.com along with Customer's name, order # and description of the damage. BakerStone International will make every effort to respond to Customer within 72 hours of the notification with a resolution.  If it is deemed that there is a manufacturers defect in the product, or that the product has been damaged during shipping, then BakerStone International will make every effort to remedy the situation.  BakerStone International reserves the right to make the final determination as to the nature of the damage.
